Running a window cleaning business such as mine is all about building trust with the customers. I do my best to make sure my new customers are as contented as the regular customers I have come to know over the years. I think it’s important. Last week a customer of over 5 years, Mr Daniels from Milford, Stafford, got in touch to arrange a clean of his fascias and soffits. Now, Mr Daniels is 80 years old and I know things can get difficult as folks get older. As a regular customer of over 5 years, I decided to give him a discount on this job. I was just finishing up the work, making sure I was getting the fascias and soffits ‘sparkling’ (as I like to put it), when his wife came outside and offered me cake! it’s the relationships we build, such as these, that can make the job worthwile. I was careful not to eat too much as I had another three jobs that day, in Walmley, Pype Hayes and Minworth! Despite me offering the discount, Mr Daniels still tipped me too. I did make those fascias and soffits sparkle though!
